We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
A 2-year contract position, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
A flexible candidate in early-30s with Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Sales/Information Technology or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT products and solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to prepare budget, quote and solutions to customers.
This position may require working extended hours due to tender deadlines.
Will work closely with Solution Engineer and Sales Coordinator.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Good knowledge of IT products and solutions.
Converse fluently in Malay and English.
Will be based in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur however candidate may be required to travel outstation.
Possesses own transport and a valid driving license.
Will be reporting to Sales Director.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Submitting regular sales reports to management.
Must achieve annual sales targets set by management.
Create, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, contacts and interactions.
Identify, create and pursue new sales opportunities with focus on government and its agencies.
Monitor and review tender opportunities to identify potential business prospects.
Review and prepare tender documents and ensure compliance with submission requirements including gather, organize, compile and cross-check all necessary documents and information required for tender submissions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Create and present sales presentations and proposals to clients to encourage sales and repeat business.
Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales deals.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT products and solutions to provide informed proposals to clients.

As an intern, you will gain hands‑on experience across technical and business domains. You’ll support our team in delivering ICT solutions, assisting with project documentation and contributing to client‑focused initiatives. This role is designed to provide exposure to both technical operations, sales and strategic business processes.
Minimum 12 weeks or depending on course requirements.
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Marketing/Business Administration or related fields.
Strong interest in ICT solutions, business operation, sales, project management, or business operations.
Good communication skills in English and Malay.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Mostly will involve tasks such as research, assisting with projects, documents and tender preparation, attending meetings, project deployment and collaborating with co-workers.
Will work under supervision to learn the day-to-day functions.
You will be paid monthly allowance depending on your qualification during intership.
